A balanced blend of special
solvents that is added to lacquer to help prevent blushing or
moisture absorption by the lacquer. When relative humidity is
50% or higher, retarder should be added. Any amount added,
should be deducted from the thinner ratio.

Recommended wherever a clear, had, abrasion and chemical
resistant finish is needed. Developed for brush
application. Dries in 4 hours, recoat after one hour.
Apply to new and well sanded refinishing surfaces. For interior

varnish. Hardest of the hard. Maximum resistance to water,
alcohol, chemicals, detergents and other damaging liquids.
Creates a hard, gloss abrasion resistant film with a toughness
suitable for a multitude of uses. Wills et free of dust in 30
minutes to 1 hour. Dries in 4 hours. Use only Rockhard
Reducer for thinning.
