RETARDER
Prevents Blushing

A balanced blend of special solvents that is added to lacquer to help prevent blushing or moisture absorption by the lacquer. When relative humidity is 50% or higher, retarder should be added. Any amount added, should be deducted from the thinner ratio.

Creates a hard, gloss abrasion resistant film with a toughness suitable for a multitude of uses. Wills et free of dust in 30 minutes to 1 hour. Dries in 4 hours.  Use only Rockhard Reducer for thinning.
